Robotix Pulse - July Week 4
🔥Here are this week's Robotics Engineering Jobs.
We listed ~700 new robotics jobs, divided into U.S. & International spreadsheets.

🚀 Robotix Research Vault: Every week, I'll sift through the latest robotics research and share the few papers that are actually worth your attention.
1. 🛰️ NGPS: GPS-Free Navigation for UAVs
This paper enables drones to navigate without GPS by matching onboard camera images with satellite imagery and fusing them with visual-inertial odometry. The system achieves 2.94 m localization error while running in real time on an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX, making it promising for search-and-rescue, defense, and remote inspection applications.

2. 🗺️ GLAM-SLAM: Scalable Gaussian SLAM
A new real-time Gaussian Splatting SLAM system designed for large-scale outdoor environments. By combining sparse feature tracking with a scalable Gaussian representation, it achieves 15% better reconstruction quality while remaining real-time—addressing one of the biggest limitations of current 3D Gaussian SLAM systems.

3. 🚗 HGeo-TopoMap: Better Road Understanding for Autonomous Driving
This work improves autonomous driving by incorporating hierarchical geometric priors into topological mapping. Instead of relying solely on learned features, it leverages road geometry and spatial relationships to produce more accurate lane centerlines and road topology under challenging conditions.
